PASSPORT: You must provide your actual signed passport, including one copy of the      personal information page of your passport.

Your passport must:

Have at least two consecutive blank visa pages.

Be valid for six months beyond the validity of your requested visa

PHOTOGRAPHS

You must provide two color, passport-type photographs that meet the requirements outlined by the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.  Your photographs must:

Be printed on photo paper

Have a white background

Be 35mm by 45mm

Have been taken within the last six months

Show the full frontal view of your head, including the tops of your shoulders

Have your face centered in the middle of the photo with your face square to the camera

Display your face with a neutral expression and your mouth closed (no smiling)

Not display sunglasses

VISA APPLICATION FORM

The Russian Consulate requires a visa application completed online. It can be found at https://visa.kdmid.ru. This application, hosted by the Russian government, may take up to an hour to complete and requires very detailed information. Please contact IRTC to find out where your visa will be processed to select ILS according to the consulate jurisdiction.   Your completed application must be accompanied by a copy of your Application ID, your security question and response (please print, before you start filling out the actual visa application):

Provide answers for all fields (handwritten changes are not accepted)

Include your name as it appears in your passport

Include the institution or organization in Russia to be visited

Be signed inside the box found directly below the section where we will attach your photograph

If applying for a multiple entry visa, then you must provide two completed and signed applications forms. Each form must have an original signature

INVITATION

The invitation must be from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (as a TELEX directly to the Consulate), or from the Ministry of Interier.
